Tenants have access to systems that monitor operations and provide ESG-related data.
We also invest in the external environment by creating biocorridors, water features, and public green and recreational areas that improve microclimate conditions and naturally integrate our parks into municipal life.
We pursue certifications such as BREEAM, LEED, or DGNB where they deliver genuine value in line with the project type and long-term objectives.
